Track your shipment

LiftMotive uses serval shipping partners to get the orders delivered to your door. Depending on your location and the type of product you ordered we choose a transport company suitable to get the product delivered.  

Parcel shipments

A parcel package is defined as a ”small package”. All small packages with the destination within Europe will be shipped with DPD Group.

Any ordered small parts, accessories or everything below 30KG’s will be shipped with DPD Post

You will automatically receive updates by email to track your shipment. if you do not get any email, please contact us to get your tracking number.

Pallet shipments

A pallet shipment is defined as ”Freight”. Depending on your location we choose a different transport company to send out freight. 

If you ordered any QuickJack systems or everything above 30KG’s we will send it out as Freight. 

You will automatically receive updates by email to track your shipment. if you do not get any email, please contact us to get your tracking number. 

Pallet Shipments DHL Freight

Any freight shipments delivered in Europe EXCEPT FOR Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg will be shipped with DHL Freight. 
You will receive an email from our shipping department with shipping updates. In this email you will find a current status and a DHL Order Code. 
You can fill in the DHL Order code on the Active Tracing website from DHL Freight.

Pallet Shipments Transmission 

Any freight shipments delivered to Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg will be shipped with Transmission / HST Group. 
You will receive an email from transmission with a delivery note. In this email you will find a delivery schedule and a shipment number.

DHL Freight

Depending on the destination DHL Freight will deliver the order between 2 to 6 working days. Our store is located in the Netherlands, a shipment to Germany will take 2 days, the more distance to the destination and our store, the more days it takes to deliver.
